You can set your watch by the time Irish people give in to temptation.

Literally.

It’s between 6.34pm for the booze buzz and 6.52pm for the sugar rush.

Seems legit.

January 17th is, after all, “Ditch New Year’s Resolution Day”.

Experts say it actually takes three weeks to establish a new habit or pattern of behavior.

So now is the perfect time to ditch that New Year’s resolution, before it becomes hardwired in your brain and there is no turning back!
